Life Lab Field Trip - Secure Registration Form

After finding a tour date (see availability calendar link below) please fill out this form to make your tour reservation.

Choose a Tour:

Science Exploration Field Trips — 1st grade - middle school grades
Spring (April - early June) — Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Farm to Fork Field Trips — 2nd grade - middle school grades
Fall (September - early November) — Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday
Seeds of Wonder Field Trips — Pre-school - Kindergarten (ages 3 1/2 - 6)
Fall and Spring - Wednesday at 9:00-10:15 and 11:00-12:15

  Estimated Number of Parking Passes: UCSC charges for parking. We can sell you special half day passes for $2.75 per car. It is better to over estimate the number of passes you need. We will gladly reimburse any passes that you bring us on your tour day. We cannot reimburse you for passes that you have written on. Please follow parking pass instructions carefully when you use them.
